El Proceso
Paint Inspection
New car inspection to identify any transport chips or dealer prep swirls. Light decontamination performed before PPF application.
Full Body PPF
XPEL Ultimate Plus applied to every exterior panel over two days. The GT500's wide-body kit and aggressive front splitter required custom templates for every section.
PPF Cure Period
After PPF installation, the car sat for 24 hours to allow the adhesive to fully cure before ceramic coating was applied on top.
Ceramic Coating Over PPF
XPEL Fusion Plus applied over the cured PPF. Coating over PPF requires the same prep as coating bare paint — IPA wipe-down and controlled application environment.
Final Cure & Delivery
Ceramic coating cured for 24 hours in our bay. Owner briefed on 7-day cure period before washing.
