The Honda Accord Sport is one of the most popular tint jobs we do at Sleepr Studio — and for good reason. This Sonic Gray Pearl Accord came in for a standard ceramic tint package: 20% on rear windows and 35% on front doors. We use XPEL XR Plus ceramic film on every tint job regardless of vehicle — there's no reason to use a lesser film when the price difference is minimal and the performance difference is significant. The Process
Glass Prep
All glass surfaces cleaned, scraped, and IPA-wiped. Even on a newer car, glass contamination is common from factory transport and dealer prep.
Rear Glass
The Accord's rear glass has a moderate curve. Film applied wet, heat-shrunk to conform, squeegeed flat. 20% shade for maximum privacy and heat rejection.
Rear Door Glass
Both rear door windows cut to template and installed at 20%. Clean, consistent shade matching the rear glass.
Front Door Glass
Front doors installed at 35% — lighter than rear for visibility and legal compliance, but still dark enough to reduce heat and glare significantly.
Delivery

Why It Matters
A daily driver in Texas needs tint — it's not optional. The UV exposure alone causes interior fading and cracking over time, and the heat gain without tint makes the car uncomfortable and increases AC wear.
