El Proceso
New Car Inspection & Decontamination
Even brand-new cars come with contamination from transport and dealer prep. We clay-barred the entire front end and wiped with IPA before any film touched the surface.
Custom Template Plotting
The Z06's wide-body kit and aggressive front splitter required custom-plotted templates — not off-the-shelf cuts. Every section was plotted to wrap into body lines and door jambs for invisible edges.
Wet Application & Squeegee
Film was applied wet using our slip solution, positioned precisely, then squeegeed from center outward to eliminate all moisture and air pockets.
Edge Tucking & Heat Forming
All edges were heat-formed and tucked into body lines, door jambs, and panel gaps. This is what separates a professional install from a DIY job — no visible film edges.
Cure & Final Inspection
The car sat in our controlled bay for 24 hours to allow the adhesive to fully cure. Final inspection under LED lighting confirmed zero bubbles, zero lifts, and perfect clarity.
Por Qué Importa
White paint shows rock chips more dramatically than any other color — every chip is a dark spot on a bright surface. The Z06 also sits low and generates significant front-end turbulence at speed, which means it picks up more road debris than a typical car. XPEL Ultimate Plus provides a virtually invisible barrier that absorbs impacts and self-heals minor damage. The lifetime warranty against yellowing, cracking, and peeling means this protection is permanent.
