El Proceso
Paint Correction Pre-PPF
Before any PPF goes on, the paint needs to be perfect — because PPF locks in whatever is underneath. We performed a single-stage paint correction to remove any swirls or light scratches from the factory.
Custom Template Generation
The 911's complex body geometry requires custom templates for every panel. We used our digital template library as a starting point and modified each section to account for this specific car's fitment.
Hood & Front Fascia
The front hood and fascia are the highest-impact zones. Film was applied wet, positioned to wrap into the hood gaps, and heat-formed along the curved leading edge.
Rear Fenders & Spoiler
The 911's flared rear fenders and integrated spoiler are the most complex sections. Each required multiple film pieces with precise seam placement to maintain a clean look.
Full Body Completion
Doors, roof, trunk, rockers, and mirrors were completed over three days. Every edge was sealed and tucked. Final inspection confirmed zero bubbles, zero lifts, and perfect clarity across all panels.

Ultraviolet is a special-order color that adds significant cost to the car — and it's the first thing that gets damaged by rock chips and UV exposure. PPF protects the color from both. The self-healing topcoat means minor scratches from car washes and daily driving disappear with heat. The lifetime warranty means this protection is permanent — the owner never has to worry about the paint again.
