Large Glass Surface Prep
The Escalade has more glass surface area than most vehicles. Each panel was cleaned individually with ammonia-free solution, scraped, and IPA-wiped before any film was cut.
Rear Quarter Glass
The large rear quarter glass panels are the most complex section on the Escalade. Each required a two-piece installation with a precise seam placement that's invisible from outside.
Rear Glass
The Escalade's rear glass has a significant curve and a defroster grid. Film was applied wet, heat-shrunk carefully around the defroster lines, and squeegeed flat.
Front Door Glass
Front door glass installed at 20% — same shade as rear for a uniform, blacked-out look across all windows.
Cure & Delivery
Three-hour install. Owner briefed on 3-day cure period before rolling windows.

The Escalade's large glass area is both a design feature and a significant source of heat gain. Without tint, the cabin heats up rapidly and the premium leather interior is exposed to UV radiation that causes fading and cracking. At 20% ceramic, the Escalade stays cooler, the interior stays protected, and the vehicle looks exactly the way a Black Raven Escalade should look.
