Glass Prep
All glass surfaces cleaned, scraped, and IPA-wiped. The Sierra's large rear glass requires extra attention to ensure complete contamination removal before film application.
Rear Glass
The Sierra's rear glass has a significant curve and a defroster grid. Film applied wet, heat-shrunk carefully around the defroster lines, squeegeed flat at 20%.
Rear Door Glass
Both rear door windows installed at 20% for uniform shade with the rear glass. Clean, consistent shade across all rear glass.
Front Door Glass
Front doors installed at 35% — lighter than rear for visibility and legal compliance. Still dark enough to reduce heat and glare significantly.
