El Proceso
Wash & Decontamination
Full wash, clay bar decontamination, and iron remover treatment to pull all embedded contamination from the paint surface before any polishing begins.
Two-Stage Paint Correction
Stage 1: heavy cutting compound to remove deep swirls and scratches. Stage 2: fine polish to refine the finish and maximize gloss. Each panel inspected under LED lighting between stages.
IPA Wipe-Down
After polishing, all panels were wiped with isopropyl alcohol to remove all polish residue and oils. The coating bonds to bare paint — any contamination prevents proper adhesion.
FEYNLAB Ceramic Ultra Application
Coating was applied panel by panel using applicator pads, allowed to flash, then leveled with microfiber towels. Temperature and humidity were monitored throughout.
24-Hour Cure & Delivery
The car sat in our controlled bay for 24 hours before delivery. Owner was briefed on the 7-day cure period — no washing, no water exposure.
Por Qué Importa
Red paint fades faster than any other color under UV exposure — the pigments are more susceptible to UV degradation. Without protection, a red car can look noticeably duller within 2-3 years. FEYNLAB Ceramic Ultra blocks UV radiation at the coating level, preserving the color for years. The 9H hardness also means the paint is significantly more resistant to light scratches from car washes and daily driving.
