El Proceso
New Truck Inspection
Even new trucks come with transport chips and dealer prep contamination. We inspected the front end and addressed any existing chips before film application.
Hood Section
The F-350's large hood required extra-wide film sections. The raised center section was heat-formed carefully to conform without tension lines.
Front Fenders
Both front fenders wrapped to the door jamb edges. The fenders on a Super Duty are wide — each required a two-piece installation with a precise seam at the fender crease.
Bumper & Fog Lights
Front bumper and fog light surrounds wrapped with custom-cut sections. The bumper's complex geometry required careful heat-forming around the lower air dam.
Mirror Caps & Edge Sealing
Mirror caps wrapped and all edges sealed with edge sealer. Final inspection confirmed complete coverage with no visible film edges.

White paint shows rock chips more dramatically than any other color — every chip is a dark spot on a bright surface. A working truck on Texas roads will accumulate chips rapidly without protection.
